Terms of Service

1. About these TermsThese Terms apply to your use of JCommission (the "Site"), operated by Jiho trading as JCommission, ABN 33 602 846 723, Sydney, NSW, Australia ("we", "us"). "Artists" are creators who publish a page on the Site; "Clients" are people who view pages or send commission requests. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
2. What we do — and don’tThe Site is a showcase that connects Artists and Clients. We are not a party to any commission between an Artist and a Client. We do not take a commission, hold or transfer money, provide escrow, insurance or compensation, or guarantee any work. Work, price, payment, refunds and schedule are agreed directly between the Artist and the Client.
3. Artists’ pagesEach Artist writes and is responsible for their own page, including notices, prices and conditions, and for their own obligations to Clients (including under the Australian Consumer Law and tax laws that apply to them). Clients should read the Artist’s notice before sending a request.
4. Payment rule and licence (Safe Pay)Unless an Artist turns on the Safe Pay payment rule, payment follows the Artist’s notice (a direct deal). If an Artist turns it on, the request and record email state: 30% deposit, then 70% balance. Copyright in the work stays with the Artist unless they assign it in writing (Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)). The Client’s licence to use the final files starts only when the Artist has received full payment; any use before then is unlicensed, and the Artist may report it to the relevant platforms. A different written agreement between the Artist and the Client prevails. Safe Pay applies only to a request made on the Site that the Artist starts on the Site ("Safe Pay로 진행"); a deal made only outside the Site (for example by DM) is not Safe Pay. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from a direct deal’s payment method. About Safe Pay.
5. Reports and how we handle themIf you paid but the work did not arrive, or delivered the work but were not paid, tell us through "문제 신고" at the bottom of the Artist’s page or at support@jsuitelabs.dev. We will notify the other party and give them 7 days to respond. We check only two facts — whether money was sent and whether files were delivered — using record emails, payment records and delivery records. We do not judge the quality of the work. We tell both parties the outcome and our reasons, and either party may ask us to review it. If an Artist is found at fault, we may remove their page; if a Client is found not to have paid, we may stop requests from that email address (see the privacy table). If a report is shown to be false, we may take the same steps against the person who made it. We do not hold, refund or compensate any money. This process does not limit your other legal rights, including contacting NSW Fair Trading or a court.
6. Record verification codeEach record email ends with a code. You can check at Verify that an email is exactly what the Site sent.
7. Acceptable useDo not post content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful, and do not misuse the Site (for example spam, scraping or attempts to break security). Give accurate information in requests. We may hide content or suspend an account that breaches these Terms or the law. Except in urgent cases, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
8. Artist subscriptionArtists pay JCommission a monthly subscription fee to make their page public. We set the fee (in Australian dollars, including any GST that applies; amounts shown in KRW are an approximate guide only). While the fee is $0, Artists start on a free subscription. If the free plan is changing to a paid plan, we will show the date and price in your Account in advance; your page stays public for free until that date, and you are not charged unless you choose to subscribe to the paid plan.
9. Automatic renewal and cancellationA paid subscription renews automatically each month and is charged through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Account → 구독 → 구독 관리; your page stays public until the end of the period you have paid for. If we change the price of a paid subscription, we will tell you before it applies, and you can cancel before then. We do not refund fees for a period already paid, except where required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). Billing questions: billing@jsuitelabs.dev.
10. Payment informationCard payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store card numbers; we keep only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
11. Australian Consumer LawOur services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any deal, work or payment between Artists and Clients, and our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
12. Changes to these TermsWe may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for changes that affect Artists, tell them in their Account before the change takes effect.
13. Governing lawThese Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of New South Wales and the courts that can hear appeals from them.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how JCommission handles personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended, and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We follow the APPs even where an exemption might otherwise apply to us. The table below is everything the Site stores.

CookiesArtist sign-in (14 days), Client session = email (90 days), display themeSign-in; My dealsAs stated
This browser onlyThe finished-request screen (contact details, form sent, 30 days), display settingsSeeing it again after reloadingUntil you clear it in your browser
How we collect itDirectly from you when you fill in a form, sign up or use Safe Pay; automatically through the cookies above; and from Stripe (subscription status). We collect only what is needed for the purposes in the table.
How we use itOnly for the purposes in the table. We do not sell personal information, show advertising, or send marketing emails. The emails we send (record emails, sign-in links and deal notifications) are part of the service. Copies of sent emails may remain in our email provider’s sent items and logs.
Who can see itArtist pages are public. Requests and deals can be seen only by the Artist and the Client in that deal. The operator looks at them only to handle a report or fix a problem.
NicknamesYou may use a nickname instead of your real name. We need an email address to send records and sign-in links.
Overseas disclosureWe use these service providers, which may store or process information outside Australia, mainly in the United States and other countries where they operate: Render (hosting), Cloudflare R2 (backups), Google Workspace or Resend (email), Stripe (subscription payments) and, if enabled, a cookie-free analytics tool.
Security and data breachesWe use HTTPS, store only hashed passwords, require two-factor authentication for the operator, and limit access. If an eligible data breach occurs, we will notify affected people and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Automated decisionsWe do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that significantly affect your rights or interests. Two steps are automatic: the order in which Artists appear in lists and search is calculated from page content and status, and requests from an email that the operator has blocked after review are refused.
Access, correction and deletionEmail hanalex6362@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days, free of charge: we will show you your information and correct or delete it. Safe Pay deal records are business and tax records and may need to be kept until their 5-year period ends. To delete an Artist account, please cancel any paid subscription first.
ComplaintsEmail hanalex6362@gmail.com first; we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au, 1300 363 992).
Changes to this policyIf what we store changes, we update this table first and tell Artists in their Account.
